During the week of March 7, the Drents Museum has been enriched with the new staircase produced by the company Ensel in Dokkum. The new staircase has been placed in the old coach house, the new head entrance of the museum, and now connects the old monumental museum to the new exhibition hall in an impressive way. This special staircase is designed without a spill, the steps will be covered with natural stone and the banisters will be composed out of glass panels. Those elements promise the staircase to be an impressive entrance to the new extension of the Drents museum.
