Construction works of the mixed-use development in Lyon, France, are nearing completion. The project, which comprises offices and residential units, is located in the development area Lyon Confluence.
The block is divided into five different parts, detailed by five different architects.
The façades on the northern end of the block, designed by Erick van Egeraat, are now being closed. It is composed of different materials, within a gold/brown range referring to the ‘grands objets industriels’, as language of the former site.
Completion is scheduled for June 2010.
