Naxxar, a town located in a northern region of Malta, a town mostly known for its hosting of the Malta International Trade Fair.

The design for the Fountainblue Apartments aims to fully optimize the plot. To reach this goal, the block is curved, like a horseshoe. The block has mix of housing and commercial functions, like apartments, a supermarket, and a parking garage. With the facade becoming the one of the continues elements, the building becomes a recognizable town icon
